With deep-rooted beliefs in the power of meditation, Zakia holds accreditations from esteemed organizations such as the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance (IMMA) and the Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Her comprehensive training includes mastery of Reiki at the International Centre for Reiki Training by William Rand to the study of angels and the angelic realms, certified by the Diana Cooper School of White Light.

Zakia’s journey includes invaluable experiences in Buddhist monasteries in Nepal, where she learned timeless meditation techniques from monks and further pursued the Science of Meditation course through the esteemed University of Oxford.
